The supreme accomplishment is to blur the lines between work and play.
— Arnold Toynbee

Logan Elliott is a 29 year old Entrepreneur. Through the epic power of entrepreneurship and ‘chasing passions’, he have done some extraordinary things and had some incredible adventures along the way – and he is just getting started on a remarkable journey of life and adventure.

He have journeyed up erupting volcanoes illegally at sunrise, He has been paid to breathe fire over 20,000 people to welcome in a New Year, he has danced with Giorgio Armani whilst on stilts, he has hung out with Richard Branson and has built an extraordinary business (Highly Flammable Entertainment) from the ground up combining passionate people with flames, mirrors, stilts and breathtaking costumes to provide incredible entertainment for corporate, community and sporting events New Zealand wide.

His current mission is to help show thousands of others how to lead an extraordinary life through the power of combining their passions and creativity business and entrepreneurship.

When Logan left home at 18 he had no idea who he wanted to become, so he followed what he loved doing – science! At the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand, he studied an intense degree in ‘Molecular Biotechnology’; which combined Genetics and Biochemistry. On the side of his studies he started running events for science students, started walking on stilts and eventually ended up managing a group of talented hobbyist performers. After his science degree, he ended up doing a ‘Masters of Entrepreneurship’, as he wanted to learn more about the unknown world of business. During the degree he met incredible people, learnt some great lessons and part way through was inspired to create Highly Flammable Ltd – a commercialisation of the hobby group he had been running whilst studying.

Fast forward 6+ years and Highly Flammable is going strong with 800+ events under its belt, an incredibly passionate team of 100 casual and part time staff and operations New Zealand wide. In addition to supporting the development and operations of Highly Flammable Entertainment, he lectures Entrepreneurship at the University of Otago, runs educational workshops, runs various online courses, speaks at conferences about his journey of chasing dreams and he LOVES to travel whilst working remotely. The most common question he gets asked by friends and family (especially his Mum and Dad!) these days is ‘so where are you now?!’ Flexibility in time and location has become an important aspect in his life as it allows him to see and work from amazing places, connect with incredible people and go on some epic adventures…

Although he loves to make his journey sound like it’s all a piece of (flaming) cake – don’t get him wrong; there have been plenty of tough challenges along the way and there are plenty more to come on the road ahead for this ambitious entrepreneur. He is just getting started on his journey; but he has come to realise that another passion of his is about helping others to take the steps into entrepreneurship; into a world full of incredible opportunities and experiences. He wants to use his journey, his unique beliefs, knowledge, passion and experiences to inspire, educate and support future wantrepreneurs and entrepreneurs. If you are reading this then that’s YOU (actually it is everyone!). Welcome to the Adventures of Entrepreneurship – it’s going to be one hell of a ride and Logan can’t wait to show you how deep the rabbit hole really goes!
